SALT MGMT

Stephanie has a diverse background in Entertainment.  Her career began at MTV in Times Square where she worked in the Special Events Department.  After one too many parties (as if there could be such a thing) Stephanie moved to Los Angeles where she worked at Universal Records in their Common Label Operations Department and learned a bit about the Record Biz.    After her time in LA and at Universal she moved to Fabulous Las Vegas and worked as a project manager for a live event production company, Marlyn Productions.  Stephanie worked out of both the Las Vegas & NY office, eventually moving back to NY only to be called out of the Live Event Production world to move back to Los Angeles and work for the Jonas Group, an artist management company (Yes, as in The Jonas Brothers).  While at the Jonas Group Stephanie worked closely with their artist roster, specifically Jordin Sparks & Meaghan Martin, eventually starting her own company, SALT MGMT where she then managed Jordin Sparks.  All good things must come to an end, or do they?  After her time managing Jordin she moved on to become the Director of Programs & Events for the Gary Sinise Foundation.  Once her daughter was born in 2016, she and her husband decided to move to the DFW area of Texas and Stephanie was going to “slow down”.  The Lord called Stephanie BACK into the industry when artist, Diego Fuller, approached her about artist management.  She was hesitant but with Diego Fuller & Shari Rigby needing her expertise, she decided to jump back in.  In addition to working with Shari & Diego, Stephanie also works with Tribute to Valor as their Business Development Coordinator and Event Producer.  

SALT was an idea that came to Stephanie when she was thinking about a business name and realized her initials were SALT.  As she always has been called to be SALT & LIGHT, she thought, why would I call my business anything else?
